We’d like to speak to people who have suffered psychological burnout as a result of overwork.
You might have been balancing a career and busy social or family life for years, but suddenly reached a point where you couldn’t continue, or perhaps ongoing problems with stress or anxiety came to a head in a professional setting.
Burnout can be experienced in many ways and we’d like your help understanding the issue. Whatever your career, situation or workplace – from kitchen to office, school to construction site – we’d be interested to hear what happened to you, what helped and what didn’t, and how the experience has changed the way you live now.
