The new President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) in Kandy on Sunday (11) to pay homage to Lord Buddha – the Enlightened One.
Thereafter, the President will address the Nation at 2.00pn from the Paththirippuwa (the Octagon) of the Sri Dalada Maligawa at 2.00pm.
